Dan and Carol Huntsbarger

That reputation was enhanced in 1997 when Dan and Carol Huntsbarger became the owners. Together they bring over 35 years of experience.

Carol over sees all aspects of service in the catering division as well as the award winning restaurant , which is located in the beautifully restored Brehm Mansion.

Dan is the Executive Chef over seeing all aspects of the kitchens. He is a 1986 graduate of the prestigious cooking school in New York, The Culinary Institute of America, and is truly passionate about food preparation.

Dan has won many cooking competitions around the country for flavor combinations and food presentation. As a testimony to Dan's artistic talents, he has also won numerous awards as a professional ice carver in the United States and Canada.
