Daniel's On Liberty* has been listed as one of America's top 250 restaurants by Conde-Nast Traveler and among the top restaurants in America by the Zagat's Survey.

In the October 1998 issue of Gourmet Magazine, Daniel's On Liberty* was listed as one of the top six restaurants in Michigan, and featured in the March 1999 issue under the distinctive restaurants of Michigan.

Daniel's On Liberty* was also featured in the May 1999 issue of Bon Appetit.
