Dan Huntsbarger, the Executive Chef, oversees all aspects of the kitchen and is truly passionate about food preparation. Chef Huntsbarger has won many competitions around the country for flavor combinations and food presentation.
Chef Huntsbarger's combination in flavors is influenced by his eclectic personality and his training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, in New York City. Adding to the presentation is Chef Huntsbarger's artistic accomplishments as an award winning ice carver.
